I am passionate about helping runners of any age or fitness level achieve their potential. I have worked for over 10 years as a coach with runners of all age groups (from primary- and high school, to adults and masters age competitors), working in both community clubs (Byron Bay Runners, Caboolture Road Runners) and providing athletics coaching services to local schools. I have a special interest in middle distance events (800m, 1500m, 3,000m, 5,000m on track) but also enjoy working with new runners hoping to finish their first Parkrun, to experienced runners wanting to improve their half- or full marathon times. I currently coach two squads of school age athletes aiming for state and national level titles (sprints, middle distance and cross-country), as well as a number of individual adult and masters age recreational runners, working on 10km, HM and marathon fitness. I am also a registered Psychologist with 20+ years experience working in the field of Performance Management, with a particular interest in mental resilience, motivation and goal setting. I would love to help you achieve your running goals, and can offer face-to-face, squad or online coaching support through membership with Byron Bay Runners.
