My name is Rachel; I am a sole trader of a small fitness business in Ballan. My current qualifications are Certificate III and IV in Fitness and a Diploma of Dietetics & Nutrition. I love to run and my new found love is trail running. I started a recreational running club in Ballan and it has changed people's lives both body and mind. New friendships have been formed and people who once upon a time could only dream of running 21km trails are now doing it....and loving it!! We inspire, motivate, encourage but have FUN!
I offer a group fitness class called "RUN CLUB"...It's suitable for all running levels. In this class you learn running specific strength & mobility exercises and running drills to improve technique & speed. The running component changes, from interval runs, recovery runs, distance or speed.
