My mission is to provide support and resources to athletes to ensure they have the tools and knowledge to be successful in all aspects of sport. I am currently conducting my PhD in the Biomechanics of Athlete Performance. I have over 10 years of clinical experience as a movement rehabilitation specialist and use evidence-based training to help athletes maximise their performance. I am also an Accredited Exercise Physiologist.
Maple Leaf Performance delivers multiple running training sessions every week that meet the need of a broad range of individuals – from middle- and long-distance runners to surf life saving competitors, triathletes, soccer players and athletes from a variety of other sports. With more than 10 years of competitive running and coaching experience, our training is based on “quality over quantity”. We train athletes to maximise their performance while preventing injury and staying healthy.
