I have built my running up from not being a runner to currently having run 9 half marathons and 2 marathons.
With a Learn to Run Club operating in Seabrook every saturday morning and customised programming for each member as a cost of less than $5 per week per person.
I also offer online programming for beginners and those wanting to work on improving their running and chasing their different goals. My runners have managed to achieve differing goals from running 1km non stop all the way up to marathon distances.
