I am a registered teacher, with many years of teaching experience, and a keen runner. In 2015, I decided to combine my passion for education with my passion for running and fitness by qualifiying as a Personal Trainer (registered with Fitness Australia) and becoming an accredited running coach. Coaching draws on the many skills that I have developed throughout my teaching career, including: communicating effectively; developing programs based on individual needs and goals; and encouraging, motivating and supporting individuals and groups of people to fulfil their potential.
I am committed to improving the performance of recreational runners by promoting safe and smart training. Through a balanced approach to running fitness, that incorporates strong body, strong mind and optimum running technique, I aim to inspire and support clients to reach their running goals.
