We have a great little squad of athletes who train regularly at the Albury Athletics track, many of them have now reached State and/or National level competition. Our training isn't all about results though, we will always have a laugh and a bit of fun.
I will always place an emphasis on the fact that we train with each other, not against each other.
We focus predominantly on sprints, hurdles and horizontal jumps.
Our training is targetted for athletes aged 10 and over.
