I have enjoyed running for most of my life, and have become increasinly serious about competitive and recreational running over the last five years. I am in my final year of a Bachelor of Health Science; majoring in Nutritrion and Exercise Science. I am particularly interested in coaching young women and pre and post natal women. I see running as an accessible, affordable, and enjoyable way to improve quality of life, and I believe that the longevity of its benefits are achieved through athlete dedication, combined with a high standard of coaching. I look forward to helping people to achieve thier running goals with my support and knowledge.
